Two brothers started an industry in the name of Accumen Enterprise in 1975. They are true worshippers of Vishwakarma dedicated to to produce something qualitative with accuracy.
Both were doing a job but their spirit was restless and always thinking to produce something new. With this aim in mind, they hired a small shop of 8 X 8 and a lathe machine and started the work. Both of them worked hard day and night. They were producing dies & components of a party as per their drawing and specifications.
By the time, they developed the components of Centreless Grinders for SMT Machine Tools as per their drawings and designs & specifications using various metals like Cast Iron Casting, Aluminum, Bronze metal & SG Iron. Later on they started to supply with material. They also started to produce components for Cincinnati machines.
As they obtained grip, they produced cylindrical grinding machine components like Gear Box with Tail Stock Spindle, As they progressed, they purchased another shop of 8 X 8 and installed more machineries.
As they got more grip, they developed the Internal Grinding Spindles for connecting rod and bearing manufacturers. Later on they manufactured the internal grinding spindles, wheel head head for a grinding machine manufacturer based at Surendranagar.
They nearby purchased a more spacious area and erected a shed and new machineries and developed running spindles.
The year 2007 is the turning point for Accumen, they purchased a large space of 300 sq meter and built a two storey very big shed at Kotharia. They started the production of Turning Spindle, Grinding Componenets, SPM Spindle & components in full swing.By this time they developed the spindle of VMC They tie up with a CNC manufacturer and producing 250 to 300 spindles per month. The progress is not stopping here, they purchased a 600 sqmtr ready to possession shed by the side and installed more machineries and created more facilities like Tool room, Instrument Room, Quality Control Dept. etc. We produce A2-3 to A2-11 spindle. For VMC from BT-40 to BT-50.
The company has a good grip and a team to produce spindles for CNC, VMC, SPM etc.
Now the young generation, two sons of two brothers have come and giving their contribution to production. Now-a-days the company has gained a good name in producing the quality spindles.
